I was born in Arequipa, Peru, and arrived in Maryland in 2005 as a first-generation immigrant, facing real challenges: the language, the lack of connections, and the need to earn every opportunity through hard work.

From a young age, I learned the value of hard work, savings, family unity, and, above all, integrity. At 23, I decided to become a real estate agent with the goal of learning how to invest and build financial freedom. By 28, I had already generated millions in investments for my clients and built my own portfolio. In 2020, I began creating educational content and leading events to share what I had learned

Today, as a broker, investor, and educator, my priority remains the same: putting my clients first, guiding them with honesty, and helping them make decisions with foresight and confidence. In 2024, I published The CARRRR Method, a practical guide to help more people—especially within the Hispanic community—invest with clarity, strategy, and responsibility. My mission isn't just to close deals.

It's to open doors and empower others to build their financial independence with security and purpose.
